What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
We use 100% natural soy wax, which provides a cleaner, longer lasting burn than traditional paraffin.
What is the estimated burn time?
Our 250g candles offer a burn time of approximately 45 to 50 hours when maintained correctly.
Why is my candle "tunneling" down the center?
Tunneling happens if the first burn is too short. Always burn until the wax melts completely to the edges. The first time you light your candle, allow it to burn for 3–4 hours until the wax melts all the way to the edge of the vessel. This sets the "memory" of the wax and prevents future tunneling.
Are your fragrances safe for pets and children?
Yes, our candles use non-toxic soy wax and high quality fragrance oils. Always burn in a well ventilated space.
